“We Have No Intension for Counter Protest On June 7” CDC Chairman tells supporters

Monrovia, Liberia April 20, 2019 – Coalition for Democratic Change Chairman Mulbah K. Morlu has said that the party will not have any counter protest on June 7, while telling all partisans to remain calm ahead of a planned June 7, 2019 protest.

Chairman Morlu told a group of supporters on Saturday at the party headquarter that the party has absolutely no intension to organize any counter protest against those planning a protest named and styled ‘Save the State’ on June 7, is it been perceived in the public that the party will carry out counter.

He mentioned that what the Unity Party led Government did not do for them (CDC) when they were in the Opposition they will do it for the Opposition under the CDC Stewardship by allowing them to exercise their fundamental rights.
