West Africa Enterprise Refutes Defamation and Clarifies Misrepresentation

Monrovia, Liberia – September 6, 2025
West Africa Enterprise strongly rejects all defamatory claims made against our company and wishes to set the record straight regarding recent misinformation.
It is important for the public to note that Branch #26 in Ganta is not owned, managed, or operated by West Africa Enterprise. That location is independently run by Mr. Samir Awada, who serves only as an agent under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
West Africa Enterprise has earned its reputation as one of Liberia’s leading suppliers of high-quality frozen products. Our brand is built on trust, consistency, and uncompromising standards of freshness and quality.
Under the MOU governing independent agents:
Branches such as #26 are independent retailers, not official outlets of West Africa Enterprise.
The company bears no responsibility for sales or products handled by these agents outside of our direct supply chain.
Agents are permitted to purchase products on the open market only if those products meet the strict quality benchmarks agreed upon with West Africa Enterprise.
Unfortunately, Branch #26 has failed to meet these standards. For more than a month, the branch has not purchased a single carton of frozen goods from West Africa Enterprise. Instead, it has engaged in selling damaged products sourced from outside our supply chain—an action that violates both the MOU and the values we uphold.
We therefore reassure all customers and the public that West Africa Enterprise remains fully committed to delivering only the highest quality frozen products in Liberia. A visit to any of our genuine outlets will confirm our dedication to excellence, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
