This initiative, according to the former Maryland county Senator seeks to address transportation challenges, promote sustainable transit options, and stimulate local economic growth by providing an efficient alternative to traditional land-based transport methods.

As part of his initiative, former Senator Morais envisions a structured and efficient system with the following key features:
Scheduled Operations – The boats will run on a fixed schedule to ensure reliability.
Real-Time Tracking – A dedicated app will allow passengers to track boat movements in real time.
Defined Route – The service will operate from Vai Town to 72nd, improving connectivity.
Passenger Capacity – Each boat will accommodate 26 passengers, with the potential for increased capacity following a successful test run.
