President Boakai To Participate In The 66th Regular Session Of The ECOWAS Authority Of Heads Of State And Government In Abuja, Nigeria

Executive Mansion Monrovia – December 14, 2024, President Joseph N. Boakai, Sr., will lead Liberia’s delegation today to attend the 66th Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, scheduled to take place in Abuja, Nigeria, on December 15, 2024.

This crucial Summit will bring together regional leaders to deliberate on issues of peace, security, economic integration, and sustainable development across the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The meeting aims to strengthen cooperation among member states in addressing common challenges and fostering prosperity in the region.

While President Boakai is away, Honorable Sylvester Grisgsby, Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, will chair the Cabinet in consultation with the President and Vice President to ensure the seamless functioning of government operations.

The official delegation accompanying the President includes:
