(Capitol Hill, Monrovia June 5, 2024); The Security department of the Liberian Senate has disclosed that all of the major items that were taken away at last week burglary from offices of the Liberian Senate have been retrieved.

Speaking to the Senate Press and Public affairs department of the Liberian Senate, the Director of Security of the Liberian Senate, Dynocious Wisseh, said all the six laptops have been retrieved and identified by the offices from which they were stolen by a criminal gang.

According to Director Wisseh, the laptops will be turned over to the respective offices today.

The Security Commander then commended the Liberian National Police for their collaborative efforts in retrieving the items and at the same time assured members of the Liberian Senate and their staffers of maximum security protection.

Meanwhile, the Perpetrator who was arrested by the Liberian National Police Nana Gobah, who claimed responsibility of taking away the items will be forwarded to court today for prosecutions.
