Monrovia- January 31, 2024: CDC-COP says President Boakai wasted the Liberian people’s time for 44 minutes with lies, falsehood, and elementary presentation. CDC-COP further stated that the Liberian leader failed to address how his administration will increase civil servant salaries, legalization of free tuition and WASSCE fees, the path to national reconciliation and the clear vision of his government.

CDC-COP Responds to Mr. Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr’s SONA; Gives Mr. Boakai One Week Ultimatum to Declare His Assets; Describes Mr. Boakai’s Proposed Kitchen Cabinet As a Recycled Cabal of Tribal Squanderers; Calls on the Senate TO NOT confirm Abraham Kromah, Gregory Coleman, Amin Modad, Cooper Kruah, and To Vigorously Check the History of All Nominees; Informs Mr. Boakai To Abort His Plan of Giving Stanton Witherspoon Monopoly Over Rice Importation in Liberia

Fellow Liberians, distinguished countrymen and women of the motherland, the CDC-COP brings you patriotic greetings from the basion of intellectual consciousness.

On January 29, 2023, Mr. Boakai wasted the Liberian people’s time for 44 minutes with lies, falsehood and elementary presentation. He failed to address how his administration will increase civil servant salaries, legalization of free tuition and WASSCE fees, the path to national reconciliation and the clear vision of his government. Instead, Mr. Boakai went on to lie about the state of the economy and his inability to recognize the workings of former President, George M. Weah showed how Mr. Boakai is an insincere character.

The CDC-COP sees Mr.Boakai’s calls for a drug test as a calculated attempt to witch-hunt and silence critical voices across the country. The Liberian people need jobs, empowerment, stable electricity, peace, economic growth and not drug tests.

CDC-COP challenges Mr.Boakai who lives on a cardiovascular booster ( a drug for weak heartbeat) to a drug test alongside his son Tantan and Joseph Boakai Jr that runs and traffics drugs at the Stress Free Entertainment Center. We are calling on the resilient people of the motherland to not adhere to any drug test from Mr. Boakai and his administration. We have intelligence that Mr. Boakai and Koung planned to use human blood through this drug test campaign to initiate ordinary people into a demonic society unknown to themselves. Do not undergo any drug tests from Boakai & Koung. It will be at your own risk. Be warned, fellow countrymen and women.

Fellow Liberians, since his ascendancy to the Presidency, Mr. Boakai has refused to declare his assets. Interestingly, Mr. Boakai is buying houses all around the country. We immediately demand Mr. Boakai to declare his assets in one week or risk patriotic citizen action.

The CDC-COP sees Mr. Boakai’s proposed cabinet as a recycled cabal of tribal squanderers wanting to come to the government to enrich their tribal line and not the Liberian people. Mr. Boakai’s inability to equally and effectively distribute top jobs to men and women of gravitas and proven record of public services is a crystal signal that the Unity Party administration has returned to loot, steal, squander and retrogress the Liberian people into perpetual backwardness and deprivation. Fellow Liberians, we want you to listen to the names Mr. Boakai has designated for preferment. Group of recycled, old and corrupt politicians who squandered opportunities over the years.

The CDC-COP uses this wavelength to call on the Senate to not confirm Mr. Abraham Kromah, Gregory Coleman, Amin Modad, Cooper Kruah and others. These men listed are incompetent, unprofessional and partisan elements that cannot serve the interest of the ordinary masses of Liberia.

Members of the fourth estate, Fellow Liberians, and distinguished members of the Senate, Mr. Abraham Kromah is a mass murderer and human rights violator who was dismissed by Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf for killing and brutalizing peaceful Liberians. We have intelligence that his horrible record of human rights violation was the reason which Mr. Boakai couldn’t appoint him to his dream job- Inspector General of the LNP. How dare Mr. Boakai to think that appointing this human rights violator as Director General of the Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency (LDEA) will make us forget how dangerous and pernicious AB Kromah is. The CDC-COP calls on the Senate to not confirm AB Kromah because he’s a Security Politician. Our honorable House of Senate, this is the same AB Kromah without constitutional authority but manipulated the latest Police investigation by attributing the Unity Party accident that took away the lives of Liberians to a political party. Imagine such a man being in charge of the supervision of drugs, he’ll stage manage drugs and attribute them to prominent Opposition Political figures, something that has the propensity to instigate violence. We are calling on the Senate to vehemently reject and deny AB Kromah any access to the LDEA or any security post in the country.

Mr. Gregory Coleman is a businessman and shareholder in the Liberia Traffic Management company. His serving as Inspector General of Police is a violation of the code of conduct. Mr. Coleman must choose between being a businessman or a police officer. We are calling on the Senate to not confirm a man that Mr. Boakai has cut a deal with to share the profit from the license plates and driver’s licenses under his administration.

Amin Modad, CEO of the Modad Group of Companies. We understand that you gave your $ 500,000 mansion to Mr. Boakai for the Commerce Ministry to be your personal property. A Lebanese man to head such a revenue-generated sector of government at his preference wherein he will be giving licenses to foreigners and marginalizing Liberian businesses is a dangerous situation that must not happen. We call on the Senate to not confirm this man because thousands of Businesses have pledged to shut down in fear that the Commerce Ministry will be a disaster.

Fellow Liberians, members of the fourth estate, the fact that Mr. Boakai can be brave enough to appoint Mr. Cooper Kruah as Justice Minister shows that JNB supports murderers and people who destroyed this country. This appointment is a shred of evidence that Mr. Boakai has no interest in establishing the War and Economics Crimes Court. Nevertheless, the CDC-COP has come to expose to the House of Senate and the Liberian people that Mr. Cooper Kruah is one of the murderers who humiliated and killed former President, Samuel K. Doe on national TV. Mr. Kruah alongside warlord Prince Y. Johnson interrogated and participated in the torturing of Mr. Doe until his death. Imagine nominating such a presidential killer to serve as Justice Minister of the country on the instruction of Prince Y. Johnson. Mr. Boakai has insulted Liberians in the face and showed to the world that he has no remorse and is unready to bring an end to impunity in Liberia. We are calling on the Senate to correct Boakai’s contradiction by not confirming a killer like Cooper Kruah as Justice Minister.

Honourable Senators, distinguished ladies, and gentlemen, Mr. Boakai appointed a bunch of recycled squanderers that must be rejected. We are calling on the Senate to check and listen to public opinions before confirming any nominee. CDC-COP has come out to volunteer in our quest to do the right throughout this confirmation process and we are opportunistic that our Senators will listen to us.

The CDC-COP warns Mr. Boakai to immediately abort his plan of wanting to give American healthcare destroyer and fake health licenses ambassador, Stanton A Witherspoon exclusive right to be the only one importing rice in Liberia. Mr. Boakai, you must be reminded that rice isn’t just the stable food in Liberia but rice is a political commodity that has the ability to accelerate the end of your tenure before the actual date. We know the FBI indictee criminal supported your campaign but be assured that the CDC-COP will vehemently resist that deal with Stanton. Abort it to save yourself.

To conclude, we want to assure the Liberian people that with guns to our necks, political intimidation, and witch-hunts, we won’t stop speaking for the rejected masses of our people. The CDC-COP is a people’s movement and together, we will protect the state.
