Criminal Court “A” has subpoenaed Monrovia City Mayor and Secretary General of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change, Jefferson Tamba Koijee to testify in the ongoing murder trial involving former Chief Justice Gloria Musu-Scott and to produce the living body of Varlee Telleh, whom they claim is in his employ of Koijee to testify about a telephone number used between February 21st to the 25th of this year after the defense Counsel on Thursday, November 30, 2023, submitted a letter to the court for his subpoena.

Its is also reported that the court has subpoenaed Orange Liberia, and Lonestar Cell MTN to testify in the same ongoing murder trial and to produce the call log for the number 0777142133 and also track the phone and its user.
