Monrovia-  March 18, 2023: On Friday march 17 the ministry of education in Collaboration with the European Union and UNIDO ended a two(2) days inclusive teachers training at the newly constructed vocational school which was built through the effort of the European Union and it Implementing partners UNIDO in Harper, Maryland County.

According to the director for special education at the ministry of education Mrs.Theresa W. Gao the training is intended to acknowledge teachers from all public schools including private schools teachers on inclusive learning, She said the idea of inclusive learning is about involving everybody on board, This means people with disability should also be seen as important people in the educational settle of this country, she added that the European Union along with its partner UNIDO are encouraging everyone to propagate the awesome of inclusive learning in Liberia

Meanwhile, participants expressed happiness over the knowledge acquired during the training and were willing to propagate the awesome in all high schools in Maryland County, to reverse from traditional learning system and promote inclusive learning in Maryland County and Liberia at large.
