Monrovia- CDC-COP has Compared Jerome Verdier to Wallace Souza, as it Proves How Spoon Network is a Syndicate of Blackmailing and Character Assassination; Calls on the LNP to Investigate Them as people of interest

In an analysis issued in a press statement, The CDC-COP said radio, television, internet, and newspapers are powerful instruments for spreading messages but they can also be used as killable types of machinery by fraudulent Yellow elements for profit-making and implementing negative motives through blackmailing and character assassination.

It further narrated that It has uncovered how Spoon Network is in the business of giving bribes to guests with a singular motive of coming on their platform to damage national leaders, malign state actors’ personalities.

The analysis below is a bizarre life discovery that the Intelligence Bureau of the CDC-COP wants to bring to the spotlight and we encourage Liberians to see the connotation logic and understand the current political ramifications that got the ability to derail our public space if immediate care is not taken to eradicate the virus of misinformation in this country.

Wallace Souza was a Brazilian TV host indicted for arranging and ordering the killings of innocent people so his show would be the first to capture the gruesome aftermath on camera and he’ll have huge ratings and viewership. Wallace Souza’s show “Canal Livre” was a curious mix of light-hearted entertainment and brutal crime. His agents were always the first on the scene even before the police. His audience seemed to have a particular appetite for gruesome murders, captured minutes after they occurred. Neither were they informed that those scenes were all role-plays, arranged by the host himself. On many occasions, Souza hired gunmen to kill, and he’ll give information perfectly narrative to the extent that he was even more trusted and extremely brilliant than the Police. Souza bolstered to imminent fame by killing people, being the first to report it only for TV views until he was elected member of the Legislative Assembly of Amazonas and his subsequent expulsion in October 2009. Souza died after being formally charged with murders, drug trafficking, intimidation of witnesses, illegal carrying of arms, and formation of a criminal gang before trial. Souza’s son Rafael was sentenced to nine years for homicide.

Wallace Souza killed himself but his actions are still proactive amongst today’s media operatives given an insatiable greed to do horrible things to boost ratings by getting more likes, views, and comments. With the gullibility of Liberians, these things are taking the stage in our country and it’s our duty to stop them in their infancy.

The CDC-COP wants to inform the people of Liberia and our international partners that Jerome Verdier is the Wallace Souza of Liberia. We believe that Jerome is in the business of organizing mysterious deaths in an attempt to defame national actors to settle a political score. Jerome’s well-calculated narration of how Cllr. Gloria Scott’s daughter lost her life is no coincidence. ” He entered with short trouser. No shirt on top and barefooted. Stabbed one and wounded the other.” Verdrier narrates. His assertion showed that he got first-hand information about what happened in Barverville even though he was in the United States of America. His insensitivity to make such accusations without presenting evidence pushes us to ask, did Verdier plan the attack, run to being the first to announce the news, get more attention, and accuse his political enemies while he sits freely?

We have answered the question by looking at Souza’s chapbook and understanding the platform ( Spoon Network) for which Jerome ran to launch this well-calculated anecdote. Spoon Network was founded by Stanton Witherspoon, who is currently indicted by the FBI for fraud, wired transfers, and giving of dubious nursing licenses worth around 114 million USD validated and shared parallel similarity to Souza’s devilish syndicate.

CDC-COP has uncovered how Spoon Network is in the business of giving bribes to guests with a singular motive of coming on their platform to damage national leaders, malign state actors’ personalities, take ransom from top-notch politicians to launch arranged smear campaigns against influential ruling establishment executive with a mandate that by destroying those CDC big guns then the Opposition will have a comfortable ride.

Alex didn’t do those accusations out of the blue sky, he was paid by Stanton. We have an authentic WhatsApp, an audio conversation of Spoon Network CEO arranging guests to come on the show for a role play that ended in chagrin. Spoon Network CEO can be heard saying, ” I’ll destroy Samuel Tweah. Ehn he feels only his one can talk plenty. I’ll make sure he be among the final sanctions list.”
Spoon Network knowing the location of the escapee of the missing ANC 70k USD was no coincidence. The conspiracy was initiated solemnly to destroy Martin Kollah on the order of top-notch ANC leaders who believe Alex Cummings is giving Musa Bility and his LP wing too much attention. Stanton accepted the bribe and the driver was brought on the show to play according to the character assassination strategy.

Jerome’s allegation on the Spoon Network was beyond a propaganda stunt. It was a crystal confession of how Spoon Network is a syndicate of falsehood, bribery, character assassination, and a media cartel of misinformation.

Spoon Network opening their platform to Jerome for such display validates how that institution is the newest blackmailing syndicate and this is pernicious to the tenets of democracy.

Having exposed Verdrier and Spoon Network, we declare them both as suspects in the murder case. We believe that Spoon and Jerome orchestrated the death by running with the information even before the police arrive on the scene. This was exactly how Wallace Souza killed innocent people just to be the first to report the horrible scenes and it could boost his TV ratings.

We are calling on the LNP to investigate Spoon Network for wrongfully using the airwaves to propagate lies, and misinformation and spread inciteful statements that got the propensity to derail the fabric of our national peace and stability.

As we head towards these elections, we will give no rise to another radio Kigali. Freedom of speech comes with the ultimate responsibility of respect for the rule of law and truthfulness to information propagation.

Spoon Network and Jerome Verdier are suspects. Investigate them!!!
