The CEO of SPOON Network, Stanton Witherspoon, Alfred Sellu and Rene Bernadel who were Indicted by the United States Grand Jury are expected to appear in Federal Court on April 10, 2023 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

According to Court Documents, Witherspoon and other Defendants case is set for “CRIMINAL JURY TRIAL” on April 10, 2023. A “CALENDAR CALL” will be held on April 4th at 9:00am. The Criminal Jury Trial is expected to last for two weeks.

In related a development, four panelists of Spoon Talk have resigned. Keff Hassan, Ben Sanvee, Dr. Peabody, and Saint Tomlin George all tendered their resignations late Friday evening stating that due to internal disagreement on the way forward and direction of the Spoon Talk, they have made the difficult decision to terminate their association with the platform.

The Spoon Network CEO and his colleagues were accused in the United States of America of selling bogus academic nursing degrees to over 7,000 students for $15,000 each.
