Speaking on Thursday, Sept 16, 2022, in an interview with our reporter, Mr. Komara said since June 4, 2019, when the Civil Law Court B. ruled in his favor against A. M Fofana High School Administration for illegally possessing the School property without the authorization given them under the law of Liberia, the school has continued to operate.

Mr. Komara has therefore urged the public not to do any lease or construction agreement within the vicinity of the land. He said both parties are stay awaiting an appeal result at the Supreme Court of Liberia, Temple of Justice.
According to court documents, a lease agreement was signed between Mr. Komara and the administrator Mawatta Fofana of the late A.M Fofana which expired in June 2017 but it was extended, in an amendment to the 1997, main agreement, thereby extended by additional (10) years.
The document notes that after the agreement was signed, Administrator, Mawatta Fofana noted that the June 7, 2017 lease agreement was fraudulent because the late Alhaji Mohammed Fofana died on July 10, 1998, and therefore he did not execute an agreement with the lease agreement on July 15, 1998.
Adding, a rebuttal witness, identified as David G. Harris, said a research report conducted from a Facebook page established that the late Fofana died on July 31, 1998, instead of July 10, 1998, identified by photocopy, and also stated that he was born in Zorzor, Lofa County on November 1, 1928.
Meanwhile, court records clarified that having asserted all facts in court that the 1998 amendment was valid and enforceable on the ground that the administrators of the property dispossessed the petitioner of the court to order and locate said property by placing it in the full possession of Mr. Foleboli K. Komara in terms of 1998 amendment.
However, the document established that old man Komara is the rightful person to possess the property but the son of the late A.M Fofana allegedly got angry after the court ruling and got in contact with the old man by allegedly harassing, threatening, and insulting him on the ground of the court that led to Associate Magistrate Lasana L. Kamara issuing his arrest and placing him under restraining order with a couple of the charges which simple Assault, Menacing and Disorderly conduct. But according to sources, the self-proclaimed son of A.M Fofana has fled the country.
