Monrovia- March 26, 2022: The Liberia National Police has clarified that it has not brought to closure the ongoing investigation in the mysterious death of Princess Cooper, who was found lying unconscious in the compound of the FAWAZ Building Material Company at the ELWA junction.
The LNP says, some individuals have been parading with posts that Police Spokesman, H. Moses Carter, Sr. has brought the case to a close by declaring that there is “No foul play”.
The LNP clarifies that its Spokesman in yesterday’s update provided information on the Coroner Inquest as conducted by the Coroner of the Republic of Liberia in the presence of two medical doctors and a family member at the John F. Kennedy hospital.

Mr. Carter intimated that, as of yet, no cause of death has been established adding that the Coroner inquest conducted today revealed no laceration (cut) or bruises on the body of the deceased contrary to reports that the body of the late victim was bruised and lacerated.
Therefore, the LNP assures that it takes this investigation very seriously and will explore every means possible to investigate the circumstances of the death of the late Princess Cooper.
Meanwhile, the LNP says, Members of the public are urged to remain calm and desist posting misinformation that has the propensity to undermining the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
