Monrovia- March 6, 2022: The ministry of health has announced that based on epic geological Data received from health workers, a total number of three hundred and twenty-two 322 suspected missile cases have been reported from Five counties in Liberia.

Of these three hundred and twenty-two cases, the laboratory was able to Identify and confirm seventy-nine of them.

Speaking to report at MICAT regular briefing Thursday, March 3, 2022, the Director for Expanded program on Humanization Mr. Adolphus T. Clark disclose that this total number shows the country is experiencing a high periodic upgrade of the missile in certain parts of the country to include District that these cases are coming from.

“We have cases coming from monsorrado’ Nimba, bong county, Margibi, and Maryland county” he noted

However, he claims there are ongoing efforts that have been made in the country by the ministry of health to ensure that the brake of the missile is put under control.

“So we are working with our county health Team, our district health team as well as the Health facilities to conduct second tryer vaccination around the community that is affected and then the national effort to be by the fourth quarter of this year.”

According to him in 2023 the ministry of health will be conducting a nationwide Missile campaign, the campaign will not only focus on missiles but it will be used to provide vaccines for both missiles and Robillard.

“So we will be targeting children between 9 months Up to less than 15 years.” He says

The Director for Expanded program on Humanization Mr. Adolphus clam the data received from these cases, subjects that the numberConcerningo the missile is almost 1.9 7 times higher in 2022.

On the front with covid, he says since the sixteen of match 2020, till February 28, 22 they have the total of 7,386 cumulative cases that had been Reported As a country.

Meanwhile, he claims the resounding positive message is that as a country there has been a downward trend in the number of covid 19 cases. However, he thinks it is extremely important That the country adheres to all of the covid measures to ensure that “we continue to wear our mask and wash out hands.”

However he claims since April 1, 2021, the government of Liberia has been able to vaccinate one million one hundred and thirty-four thousand three hundred and nineteen people.

“And those who are fully vaccinated as we speak, are one million seventeen thousand two hundred and sixty-three”

However, he says their goals are to vaccinate seventy percent of the country’s total population which is approximately three million two hundred and fifty-five thousand, four hundred and thirty-four people.
