Monrovia- December 2, 2021: The House’s Plenary on Thursday, December 2, during its 13th Day Sitting of the Special Session, voted to “summon” Madam Mary Broh, the chairperson of the Citizen’s Engagement Board (CEB) to appear before the august body on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 11am.
Madam Broh has been summoned to explain
the destruction of ‘bananas and plantains’ in the amount of L$4.7m, belonging to the Banana Traders.

Plenary’s decision stemmed from a complaint from Montserrado County District #7 Representative, Solomon George.
The Montserrado County District #7 lawmaker said over four trucks of bananas and plaintains were thrashed by Madam Broh on Saturdayz which were in storage at the E.J. Roye Building on Ashmun Street.
The Director General of the General Service Agency (GSA) Madam Broh, was appointed on
October 21, 2021 by Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Tamba Koijee to help clean the City of Monrovia.
