Monrovia-November 5, 2021: Former Liberia Ambassador to Qatar, has expressed his deeply disappointment into the judicial system for it poor response to the trial of those alleged ritualistic killers of the late Mordecial Nyema

Speaking in an exclusive interview on OK FM in Monrovia, Ambassador John A Ballout said the government can’t stopped ritual activities in Maryland neither stopped people from killing in the Country but can do something about it by having speedy trial for those who are involved and if guilty, sentence them so their family least can be satisfied, he said.

According to Amb. Ballout, the act of ritualistic killing which is a culture and practices of some unknown person in the country, has to be look into, before it goes off hands.

He further lamented that some of those alleged suspects arrested were arrested by citizens themselves with evidences and turned over to Liberia National Police to carry on investigation, but since then no positive redress from government.

At the same time,  Ambassador Ballout has classified those young Marylanders who protest for justicy as Heroes for rising up and calling for justice, He further said in the absence of leadership or government the citizens have the right to responsibly stand in the best interest of their well being.protest went on as a result of absence of both Local County leadership and Maryland legislative caucus for interventions into the case.

He figured out Ritualistic acts in the country as a constance habit of some unknown guys.

Nevertheless Ambassador Ballout said the Ministry of Justice didn’t do, anything positively to have investigation conducted through it necessary authorities on ritualistic killing cases in Maryland.

In a related development, the former Liberia Ambassador to Qatar, said he and the rural women president of Pleebo, in Maryland county, Madam Chris D Walker were supposed to have a major press conference in Monrovia to address the Liberian people on the unfolding situation in Maryland but he later informed that  she later informed it was cancelled because madam Walker received a call from the Ministry of Justice for an urgent meeting.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Ballout  has said those alleged suspects could not be one responsiable for the murder of former student Mordecial Nyema of Pleebo High School. He also said that alleged suspects of the late Mordecial Nyema case can also be classified as political prisoner on ground that politicians using the situation to wins the people mines.

He further called on the government to investigate the case speedily and take necessary actions to save many persons life’s from ritual activities.

The former Maryland county Senator,  pointed out that since indicent happens in March 25, 2021, the Maryland legislative caucus has not showed concerns in the case till now.

In another development, former Ambassador John A Ballout has clarified speculations that Unity Party didn’t  materialize some good opportunities during her regime.

He mentioned that by then, Liberia just came from War and it needed good leaders for a better Liberia, Ambassador Ballout lamented that previous government has done better than the CDC led government
with specific reference on hundreds of schools across the country road connectivities, good health care systems among others.

He has at the same time called on government of Liberia through the Legislative branch of government to bring it’s colleague who was alleged accused of drugs trafficking for questioning on the allocation of drugs trafficking before Planery.

He further narrated that from his own political analysis, the problem within the CPP is itself, and it needs to be handled by its leadership. The leadership ability structure to itself, will enable them to obtain the support of Liberian population comes 2023.
