Monrovia-September 24, 2021: Week after former Grand Bassa county Senator, Gbenzonhgar Findley filed a law sue against Arcelormittal for not committing to its agreement with Grand Bassa county, the Daughters of the Mountain has petitioned members of the Nimba Legislative Caucus against the rectification of a proposed expansion and extension of the Mineral Development Agreement signed between the Government of Liberia and Acerlor Mittal Liberia.

The group call on the Caucus to make Arcelormittal comply with ALL of the provisions in the existing MDA;
