Former Bassa county Senator Findley Sues Arcelormittal Over Default In Its Agreement

Monrovia- September 15, 2021: Former Grand Bassa Senator, Gbezohngar Findley has Sued Arcelor Mittal operating in the county over what he called default in the company’s agreement decade ago.

The Agreement said: “ The CONCESSIONAIRE shall construct , maintain and operate health facilities in the Concession Area , and shall install, maintain, and use modern health devices and equipment and shall practice , modern health procedures and precautions in accordance with accepted international medical standard,”

But Hon. Findley says the company has failed to do so even while they have announced new 800 million expansion.
