Monrovia-August 19, 2021: The Auto Theft Section of the Liberia National police has arrested lnvestgated, Charged and forwarded to court a man identified as Timothy Synyenlentu, an employee of the General Services Agency (GSA) for
Multiple Crimes.
During police preliminary probe, it was established that on Saturday, June 12, 2021, suspect Napoleon P. Johnson an employed Driver of the China Aid projet located at the Ministerial Complex, Congo Town conspired with suspects Timothy Synyenlentu and Abdul Sow alias ”Solo” and criminally made away with a Silver Toyota Hilux pick-up bearing Plate number A-611852 & VIN# JTGEB73J3F9014558 belonging to the China Aid project which was Parked at the Ministerial Complex.

The CCTV recording and call log analysis by the police investigators has also revealed the involvment and connections amongst suspects Timothy Synyenlentu, Napoleon P. Johnson, Abdul Sow alias ‘Solo’ and others to be identified before, during and after the Commission of the Crime.
Inview of the facts and circumstances surounding the stolen vehicle, the Liberia National Police has resolved to Charge suspect Timothy Synyenlentu with the Commission of the Crimes, Auto Theft/ Theft of Property, Criminal conspiracy and Criminal Facilitation which contraviene Section 15.51, 10.4 and 10.2 respectively of the revised Penal Law of the Republic of Liberia and forwarded to Court for prosecution.
Meanwhile, suspects Napoleon P. Johnson and Abdul Sow alias ”Solo” who are presently at-large are Charged in absentia with the Crimes, Auto Theft/Theft of Property, Criminal Conspiracy and Criminal Facilitation respectively.
