Monrovia-August 6, 2021: Grand Kru County District #2 Representative and Deputy Speaker of the 54th Legislature, Hon. Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa on Friday paid US$5,411.00 to settle the full tuitions of 63 needful students at the William V. S. Tubman University in Maryland County.
