Maryland county-March 30, 2021: As a result of the deliberate destruction of the Harper Prison Center and the only police utility pickup today in Maryland county, a prominent resident of the county, Mr. Michael Biddle has recommended to the government to withhold Maryland County development fund from both government and MOPP and CRC Concessions and such fund must be used to rebuild the prison facility that will be more protected from mob invasion as well as buying new vehicles for the police in the county.

Mr. Biddle believed that the action of the citizens was completely out of order.

He further said that similar decision by government was effected many years ago in Gbarnga when angry mob destroyed the police depot in Central Gbarnga and Madam President then ordered that the county’s social development fund be used to build a new police facility.
