Harbel College, a full degree granting Institution in Harbel, MarGibi County will for the first time graduate over twenty five students as undergraduate in the County.

The graduation ceremony which will bring to bed the long awaited dreams of many Citizens, Community dwellers, and Politicians in anticipating the College to put out her first badge of Students.

Speaking to reporters in the County, the president of the Harbel College, Dr. Syrulwa Somah said since the establishment by an act of the Legislature, under the supervision of the National Commission on Higher Education; noting that the College after four years will graduate her first badge of students.

The College under the administration of the first President will graduate the first badge of students from three schools with Bsc, BAA and AA degrees in tertiary education.

Dr. Somah said the graduation exercise will bring together leaders in the County for the first time on the College’s campus in viewing some of the challenges faced by the institution.

Dr. Syrulwa Somah stated that the ceremony which will be observed on April 26, 2021, will open up opportunities for the College to partnership with other Colleges and International Universities that will help in contributing to the growing process of Harbel College.

He meanwhile called on Citizens and national government to take ownership of the College and thereby calling for support as the institution is paused to graduates qualify young Liberian.
