February 6, 2021: Margibi District one Lawmaker, Representative Tibelrosa Summoh Tarponweh has been honored as the most outstanding lawmaker of the year 2020 in Margibi county by the Classic Communications Incorporated.

The Institution (Classic FM) has been noted for honoring Lawmakers, humanitarians, Journalists, business men and women, educator among other for their services render during the period under reviewed.

Presenting the award to Tibelrosa Summoh Tarponweh at his Capitol Building Office, the Classic FM Manager, Emmanuel Degleh lauded the efforts of the Lawmaker that he exerted in transforming the lives of his Constituents.

Manager Degleh spotlight Representative Tarponweh’s stance against Firestone redundancy scheme that would have affected over three hundred seventy-four (374) employees emanating from the company’s Estate Department.

“According to Degleh “In every year, we conduct survey about people who are making positive impact in society.

Based on the survey conducted in reaching this point you (Tarponweh) for your stance on advocacy for the employees of Firestone.

Doing these things matters a lot. We are pleased to deliver to you this Certificate of Honor. Please continue to shine your light. You have made substantial progress. Continue to work for the state”, Mr. Degleh explained.

For his part, Representative Tarponweh lauded the institution for recognizing his efforts over the years.

The lawmaker stated that the award has reawakened his ability to work for his people, adding that his advocacy will continues.

Meanwhile, Representative Tarponweh called on the media to critically checkmate the works of public officials.

Representative Tarponweh added; “our people have not benefited from their public officials over the times.

Government has been the problem of the Liberian people, he added.

Classic FM is a Margibi based media institution that is operating In Kakata City, Margibi’s Capital.
