Monrovia- The manager of Palm Spring hotel in Liberia Mr. Nijid Kamand has been dragged before the Debt Court at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia for the amount of One Million Two Hundred Six Thousand Nine Hundred ( US$1,206,900.00) United States Dollars which court records showed he owes Ms. Ding Shun Jun, a Chinese lady.

According to record in the possession of this online site, Mr. Nijid Kamand loan from Ms. Ding Shu Jun also called Nancy, the Chinese lady the amount of Three Hundred Thousand (US$300,000.00) United States Dollars and promised to pay Fifteen Thousand (US$15.000.00) United States Dollars monthly on the total amount loan from Nancy the Chinese lady.

Court record showed defendant Nijid Kamand grossly violated and abused the terms and conditions of the loan agreement by “failing, refusing and neglecting” to pay the interest of United States Dollars Fifteen Thousand.

Plaintiff Nancy, the Chinese lady is demanding the over 1M United States Dollars because according to court documents, from August 1, 2018 to August 31, 2020 and from September 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020 which is fourteen months without the monthly interest of Fifteen Thousand ( US$15.000.00) United States Dollars culminated to Two Hundred Ten Thousand ( 210.000.00) United States Dollars.

Subsequently,the fourteen months first principle interest of Two Hundred Ten Thousand (US$210.000.00) in addition to the first principle loan yielded the amount of Five Hundred Ten Thousand ( US$510.000.00) United States Dollars.

Furthermore, defendant Nijid Kamand failed to pay said amount to Ms. Ding Shu Jun, the Chinese lady and entered into another agreement to pay said amount of Five Hundred Ten Thousand (US$510.000.0) with interest which culminated One Hundred Twenty Thousand (US$120.000.00) United States Dollars totalling Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand (US$720.000.00).

Additionally, Nancy the Chinese lady demands that the combined first and second principle plus interest accumulation amounts to the over 1M owed her my Palm Spring boss Kamand.

“Plaintiff says that the addends of first principle and interest of US$510,000.00 (300,000+210,000,) and second principle and interest will give 720,000.00 (600,000+120) will give the sun of One Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand (US$1,230,000.00) United States Dollars. “
