Monrovia, August 23, 2019 – After she bragged that she was right for her action (splashing hot tea water) on Senator Saah Joseph of Montsorrado County, Grand Bassa senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence has apologized openly to Honourable Joseph through her Facebook page. The post which is said to be going viral, states:

“One woman in the mist of 29 men fighting with few men for the redemption of our Country is most frustrating. We have done everything wrongly, violated our constitution, compromised our integrity and lost our independence as a Senate. Where is our hope in the midst of bad economy, security crisis that has fear growing in every sector?????
Based on all these factors, I lost it yesterday.
And I am sorry that i disappointed my supporters and even people who don’t support me.

We needed a wake up call and I am sure we will make progress knowing that this has claimed the attention of everyone.

Senator Saah Joseph is my seat mate in the Senate and he can vouch for my character.
A letter of apology is on the way to him and a hug on Tuesday.

We do fight as leaders in many ways!!!
