Monrovia- Associate Magistrate Judge Lassana Kamara of Monrovia City Court has placed Restrained Order on Ayouba Fofana, son of the late Alhaji Mohammed Fofana owner of the AM Fofana Islamic and English High School located around the fish market in Sinkor.

Judge Kamara has also mandated Ayoubah Fofana to desist from every form of harassment, threatening and insulting words; refrain directly or indirectly from any form of communications be it verbal or social media with Mr. Foleboli K. Komara.

Accordingto the Restrained Order, If such act mentioned above continued by Ayouba Fofana, he will be held in violation of the court order and he will be held for contempt of court due to a guilty verdict brought down from Civil Law Court, Judge Scheaplor Dunbar against the administrators of Ayouba Fofana late father property lease agreement case between the both parties which prompted him Ayoubah to throw insult at old man Komara.
