Adolph Lawrence was being removed from the Stryer funeral home where some members of the Liberty party forcibly took possession of body clamming that the body was theirs while singing anti government songs before some members of the Youth league started to sinfins Pro government songs. All these actions were held in the present of the Police and Protocol officers with out any police or protocol procedure put in to place to stop or guard the proceedings of the removal.

What Caused The Violence At The Capitol Building?
According to our investigations, the grounds of the Capitol was quiet and invitees were sitting awaiting the body. But the tension at the Capitol building became to blow up when Chairman of the CDC, Mulbah K. Morlu Jr., arrived with members of his party also singing to the dislike of some Opposition members, while trying to make their way into the rotunda of the building when the Sergeant-at-Arms told Mulbah K. Morlu Jr. that the crowd was not allowed for the service.
Mr. Morlu told some of his CDC supporters to go out as per the request of the Sergeant-at-Arms.
Then came Lofa County Senator and Chairman of the Liberty party Stephen Zargo with his supporters and insisted that they all enter on grounds that it was the “Liberty Party’s body” making some Cdcians who were outside to try to enter the building but some of the opposition members who were on the grounds of Capitol and singing anti government songs started to resist those Cdcians who were trying to enter thus making the violence to start in the present of police officers.
The action brought to an end the funeral rite that the legislature organized to pay their last respect for the fallen lawmaker.
