For Killing Theo Weeks’ Mother, LNP sent Five Suspects to the Margibi Magisterial court for persecution

Monrovia, Liberia April 24, 2019 -The Liberia National Police has Sent five( 5 ) Suspects to for the Margibi county magisterial court for killing Theo Weeks’Mother.

Accordingto The Liberia National Police, all five suspects were arrested, investigated and charged.

suspects Alphonso Egan, 19 and Amadu S. Dolleh, 38, with Criminal Facilitation, Criminal Facilitation and Aiding Consummation of crime, while suspects Jah Walker, 23, Tito David, 24 and Lawrenzo Robinsin, 35, were charged with Criminal Conspiracy, Armed Robbery and Murder.

The police charged sheet said suspects Tito and Lawrenzo allegedly armed robbed victim Lydia Lewis Weeks in the R-2 Community, Margibi County.

How did they enter victim house?

According to police investigation, the three (3) suspects gained entry through the victim’s kitchen window, shot the victim and made away with one black flat screen Samsung TV, valued at USD 1,500.00, one black Microsoft phone- USD520, one HP Laptop value forth coming and an unspecified amount of cash both in United States dollars and Liberian dollars.

During investigation with the suspects, it was established that suspect Alphonso Egan, alias ‘Teddy-Ride,’ provided a pistol which was used in the commission of the crime, while suspect Amadu S. Dolleh, alias Adebayor, admitted the purchase of the black flat screen Samsung TV and the black Microsoft phone. Due to the severity of the victim’s injury, she was taken to the ELWA Hospital where she was pronounced dead upon arrival by the nurse on duty.

During investigation conducted also with suspects Jah Walker, alias ‘Jah’, Tito David, alias ‘petit marine’ and Lawrenzo Robinsin, alias ‘Power More’, they also admitted to the commission of the armed robbery and murder, and have been sent to the Margibi Magisterial court for persecution.

Criminal Facilitation and Aiding consummation of crime are in violation of Chapter 10, and 12, section 10.2 and section 12.5 of the revised penal code of the Republic of Liberia, while Criminal Conspiracy, Armed Robbery and Murder are in violation of Chapter 10, 15 and 14, section 10.4, sub-chapter C, section 15.32 and section 14.1 of the revised penal code of the Republic of Liberia.
