Speaking on a special edition of the Truth Breakfast show along side Hon. Acarious Moses Gray early Monday morning, The deputy minister of fiscal affairs at the ministry of finance, planning development, Hon. Samora P. Z Wolokolie said that If servants don’t receive their salary on time, they should blame their minister, director or comptroller and not the Ministry of finance, planning development. Answering to a question from one of the co- host of the show, the deputy minister of fiscal affairs said civil servants salary are paid every month on a regularly basis but he was quick to mention that some times there are delay in salary payment due to some

administrative process from Minister, director, or comptroller from some lines ministries of the government. He said the recent delay in salary at some government entities is highly administrative because according to him, most government ministries are now ensuring that all employees take the National Identification card before their checks can be prepared.
